When You have an invitation, You need to submit it to the Russian consulate and apply for a visa. It`s better to check beforehand with the Russian consulate that You will apply to if they accept copies of invitations or only originals. If the Consulate in Your country accepts the originals, we can send the document via Post for an extra charge. If you apply for a business visa with period of validity up to 3 months – in most cases it needs just a copy of the original invitation to present to consulate. If you’ve ordered a telex – you do not need to use a post services, as this electronic document (telex) will be sent directly to the consulate.
